Postage Costs

All online orders to Italy will be charged at a rate of €5.00 per 6 bottles purchased. Therefore, if you buy a 12 pack, it will cost €10.00.

All online orders to the World (anywhere excluding Italy), will be charged at a rate of £6.00 per 6 bottles purchased. Therefore, if you buy a 12 pack, it will cost £12.00.

Please note that if you are outside of Italy, you are unable to purchase one 6 pack by itself; if you do, you will be charged a delivery fee for a 12 pack.

Please note that discount codes cannot be applied on delivery.

Handling & Processing

All of our online orders are sent from our own warehouse in Italy.

All deliveries will be sent via DHL Express with a tracking number which will be emailed to you. You can track your order here; Track with DHL.

Please allow 1-2 working days for your items to be processed and packaged.

Your order will usually arrive the next day once processed.

If you are not at home when the courier tries to deliver your parcel then you may rearrange your delivery at DHL On Demand Parcel Redelivery. You will need your tracking number for this.

Packaging & Materials

We pack all orders using as little packaging as possible to save on the impact to the environment, whilst still keeping your package safe. All packaging is recyclable so please make sure you dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way. Alternatively, we spent a lot of time and love designing it, so, reuse it, repurpose it or love it!

Returns

We do not offer returns on our drinks. If your parcel is damaged then you must contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order: info@matheorganics.com

Once you have received a tracking number, you order has been processed and shipped and cannot be changed or cancelled.
